Our products encompass IP security and networking devices, cellular modems and mobility solutions. Quality

Western DataCom's ISO 9001:2000 quality management system was recommended for registration January 23, 2009 and is expected to be formally accepted within 60-days. All printed circuit boards are assembled to IPC-610C Class 2 standards; and every unit goes through a 100% functional test. We put such a high level of quality on our products that every product manufactured by Western DataCom is backed by a 12-month warranty that includes free technical support for the life of the product.
