Comcase T

The Western DataCom ComCase™ T is a custom Mobile Access Router solution specifically designed for tactical environments. This fully integrated solution is designed to meet MIL STD 810F and provides everything necessary to establish wired and wireless communications with reach back to a Home Agent utilizing industry standard Mobile IP.

Instantly setup a secure 802.11g wireless hot spot in any location using either AC or DC power. Using Mobile IP communications with the home network is continuously maintained without user intervention. Utilizing WiFi, 802.16, Cellular or satellite for a complete end to end communications hub. All of these capabilities are accomplished with a single box solution that is robust, portable and versatile.

The fan less design uses passive conduction for cooling and is rated from -40 up to +74 degrees C. The internal PC/104 card holders can be outfitted with up to 10 cards and optionally 14 slots are available with the T2 (dual stack) option. Powered by AC or DC the ComCase T automatically senses the power input.

The recessed input panel provides the necessary external connections for Ethernet, Serial and Console connection. In addition, a connection is provided for an amplified (1W AGC) 802.11b/g antenna. The all inclusive system provides all the components necessary to setup a communications hub under any environment.
